Alton wins Bronze in Salzburg

Congratulations to Alton Brown on winning a well deserved bronze medal at the recent Karate 1, premier league in Salzburg. This bronze medal has helped Alton to be pre selected by willie Thomas the England coach for the European Championships in 2014. Well done Alton!
As the Federation Coach it was great to recieve the phone call from Alton minutes after he won his bronze medal, it was also nice to hear Alton praising the work we do at our squad sessions.
