Congratulations to Carla Rudkin-Guillen after winning Gold for England at the Commomwealth Karate Championships.
Carla's performances were flawless as she always looked a cut above the rest which was a just reward after the hours of hard work spent in preperation over the past few months. Well done Carla! Next stop hopefully the World Championships in Turkey at the end of October....
