Double Gold for Carla at the British International Open

Congratulations to the SEKF athletes who competed at the recent British International Open especially Carla Rudkin-Guillen who managed to win Gold medals in both the Junior Kata and the Junior Kumite -59kg. Carla joins the very few athletes in great Britain who have attained Gold medals in both diciplines of kata and kumite at British level.

Congratulations to Denis Margolin who managed a well deserved bronze medal in the Cadet kumite -63kg and also a big well done to Emma Barnes who won two tough bronze medals in the 11-12yrs kumite and kata.

Both Maria and Chris fought well but did not win a medal on this occasion. Well done Team SEKF!
