English Championship Medals 2022

Congratulations to England athletes Carla Rudkin-Guillen, Ethan Stonton and Harrison West who represented the SEKF at the English Karate Championships in Sheffield.
The day started great with Carla winning Gold in the Female Cadet Kata, she now holds both the English and British titles....Carla continued in the Female Cadet Kumite and manged to win a tough bronze medal after four fights.
Ethan also did very well in the Male Cadet Kata winning a well deserved silver medal.
Harrison did well in the Male Junior Kata but did not mange a medal on this occasion.
Well done guys.....
